Education Session: Are You Ready for Bad Things Happening? Suppose it is four in the morning on a Thursday; the phone rings . . . . . and you answer. The voice says "This is the police department. We have this number as the contact for the cleaners. Someone has hit the building with their car. We have gas, electric, and water/sewer on the way. We need you to come down here and let us into the building to assess the damage." Now what? If you have never given thought to your response to "bad things happening," you may be in for a very rude awakening. Join us to identify some of the crises you may have to face and begin formulating your plan to carry you through the next few hours. NCALC Past President Martin Young will lead this discussion for our Saturday morning education session.
Saturday Evening Dinner Social -- Our group will be taking a dinner outing to the very popular Bluewater Waterfront Grill in nearby Wilmington.
Optional NCALC group outing to Airlie Gardens: An informal outing to tour the beautiful Airlie Gardens is planned for Saturday morning, April 30. Participants will gather for breakfast in the hotel and then carpool to the gardens. For more information on this 67-acre public garden in Wilmington, visit https://airliegardens.org/ .
