Who: All activities are open to all NCALC members and friends with advance registration. All members of the Board of Directors and committees are expected to attend this meeting.
When: The Board and committee meetings will begin at 10am Saturday morning and expected to end by 3pm. No other group activities are planned.
Accommodations: We anticipate many of our participants will drive in and drive home the day of this meeting. Many hotels in the immediate vicinity of our meeting location report no space available due to room blocks for the Furniture Market. We have learned of availability for $142/night plus tax at the Comfort Suites Greensboro-High Point 504 Hickory Ridge Dr., Greensboro, NC 27409. This hotel is located on Hwy 68, ~4.2 miles from our meeting location.

- 1000 am - Board and Committee meetings
- Noon - Working Lunch provided
- 300 pm - Meeting adjourns
Other activities on your own -- No group activities are planned beyond those shown in the tentative schedule above. The area offers many other opportunities for fellowship, relaxation, recreation, or sightseeing on your own.
