NCALC & SEFA Joint 2024 Fall Meeting
Advance Registration is Required for Each Individual Attendee
What: North Carolina Association of Launderers and Cleaners (NCALC) and South Eastern Fabricare Association (SEFA) will be holding a joint Fall Meeting September 13-15, 2024 at the Aloft Greenville Downtown in Greenville, SC. This event will include education, professional networking, social functions, as well as separate business meetings for leadership of each association.
Who: All NCALC & SEFA members, plus other cleaners, friends, and spouses are encouraged to participate.
Accommodations: A small block of sleeping rooms are being held for our group at the Aloft Greenville Downtown, 5 North Laurens Street, Greenville, SC, 29601 until August 14, 2024. Our special group rate is $199, plus tax per night. Do not wait to make your hotel reservation. Onsite self parking is available for $7 per day.

- 6:45 pm - Group Meet and Greet Welcome Dinner at Soby's New South Cuisine (Some participants may gather early in hotel lobby and walk over together. Everyone should plan to meet our group at Soby's by 6:45 pm.)
Saturday (9/14/24)
- 8:00 am - Networking Continental Breakfast
- 9:00 am - Education Sessions
- Noon - Networking Lunch
- 1:00 pm - Separate concurrent NCALC & SEFA leadership meetings
- 6:00 pm - Optional Small Group Dinner Outings (Participants meet at assigned restaurant at 6:00 pm.)

Successful Strategies for Business Growth
SEFA Executive Director Peter Blake will moderate our panel of experts including Larry Hill of Dandy Cleaners and Launderers, Don Holecek of Crown Cleaners, and Wash Respess of Garment Care Pros at Southside Cleaners as they share their experiences and observations.

Dinner Outings: Continue your networking and enjoy fellowship with your colleagues and guests through planned dinner outings on Friday and Saturday evenings at local favorite restaurants.
On Friday, our entire group will be meeting at 6:45 pm at nearby Soby's New South Cuisine at 207 South Main Street Greenville, SC 29601 for a meet and greet welcome dinner. Participants must register for this Friday evening dinner that has been arranged for our group. The cost of this dinner is included in the registration fees. Expense for drinks is participant responsibility.
On Saturday, participants will indicate preferences from several nearby restaurants listed below, where we have advance reservations, and join their assigned small group at 6:00 pm for the dinner outing. Participants must indicate their restaurant preferences with their registration and then be responsible for their own bill at the outing.
Event Registration: Advance registration for each individual participant is required to ensure everyone can be accommodated. All registrations must be processed through our online registration system. Multiple attendees may be registered and paid together by completing registration for each individual starting with the person responsible for payment first, asking for an invoice after each person until the last, and then paying for all registrations with one charge card transaction.
Cancellations: Should cancellations be necessary, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation requests will be accepted through August 30, 2024 with full refunds provided. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
Optional Golf Outing: Participants interested in playing golf are invited to contact SEFA Exec Peter Blake (617-791-0128) as soon as possible to make arrangements for joining our group ~11:00 am Friday for an informal golf outing.
