NCALC 2025 Annual Convention
Advance Registration is Required for Each Individual Attendee.
Join members and friends of North Carolina Association of Launderers and Cleaners (NCALC) for its Annual Convention being held Memorial Day weekend (May, 23-26, 2025) in Atlantic Beach, NC.
This event will feature professional networking, educational sessions, vendor exhibits, group dinner social events, the annual membership meeting, business meetings of the NCALC Board of Directors and Committees, and opportunities for everyone to have fellowship with other participants and time for families and friends to enjoy other activities in the Atlantic Beach area.
Who: All NCALC members, friends, spouses, and families are encouraged to participate.

In addition to NCALC leadership, we are pleased to have these additional participants joining us for our convention:
Accommodations
A small block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for our group at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlantic Beach located at 2717 West Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC. Our group rates per night are Oceanview $309, Oceanfront $359, and Oceanfront Suite $409. These rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently 12.75%) in effect at time of check-in. Don’t wait to reserve your room. Our room block and pricing are available until April 23, 2025. Check-in time: 4:00pm /Checkout time: 11:00am. Reservations should be made directly with hotel at 252-240-1155. Rates for extended stay 3 days before and/or after our event will not exceed group rates above, however to minimize difficulty with reservations, requests for these extended stays should be sent to events@ncalc.org for special handling.
Convention Registration
Advance registration for each individual participant is required to ensure everyone can be accommodated. All registrations must be processed through our online registration system. Multiple attendees may be registered and paid together by completing registration for each individual starting with the person responsible for payment first, asking for an invoice after each person until the last, and then paying for all registrations with one charge card transaction.
Cancellations
Should cancellations be necessary, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation requests will be accepted through May 13, 2025 with full refunds provided. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
Further details will be shared with Convention registrants a few days prior to the event.
