NCALC 2025 Fall Meeting

What: North Carolina Association of Launderers and Cleaners (NCALC) will hold its regular Fall Meeting in Asheville, North Carolina for planned education, professional networking, association business meetings, and social functions.
Who: All NCALC members, friends, and spouses are encouraged to participate.

Where: On Saturday, October 18, the planned education, networking, and the business meetings of the NCALC standing committees and Board of Directors, will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown. Dinner social outings are being planned for both Friday and Saturday evenings for attendees to enjoy fellowship with other attendees and to experience local restaurants. Specific locations will be shared with participating registrants.
Accommodations: A small block of hotel rooms has been reserved for our group at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown, 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801. Our group rate is $299 per night for reservations made by Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Reservations may be made online by clicking here for online reservations (preferred), or by contacting the the hotel directly at 828-407-0422 and identifying yourself as part of the NCALC 2025 Fall Meeting.

Friday, October 17
- Early arrivals for individual fun activities
- 5:30 pm Gathering at hotel for evening social
- 6:30 pm Casual Welcome Dinner Social in the hotel
Saturday, October 18
- Breakfast on your own
- 8:30 am Gathering for networking and coffee
- 9:00 am NCALC Standing Committee Meetings
- 10:00 am Networking Break
- 11:00 am NCALC Board of Directors Meeting
- 12:30pm Lunch provided
- 1:30 pm Education Session(s)
- 5:30 pm Gathering at hotel for evening social and walk over to nearby local favorite restaurant(s) to join our group.
- 6:30 pm Join preassigned dinner groups at nearby local favorite restaurants.
Sunday, October 19
- No planned group activities, participants depart
Dinner Social Outings: Our dinner socials are designed to give our participants opportunities for informal networking and fellowship. On both evenings, participants will gather in the Embassy Suites Hotel bar area ahead of dinner for the Evening Social.
On Friday evening, we will have our group welcome dinner at the hotel.
On Saturday evening, we will walk (or carpool) together to join our pre-assigned groups for a Dutch-treat dinner outing. Advanced reservations have been made for our group at these nearby restaurant favorites:
